How to use: Apply to dry, washed body. Do not use any creams or lotions! To properly load these tapes, first tear off a piece of paper from the bottom, and then while slowly pulling the tape up, tear the paper evenly. Once glued, the tape should not be torn off and corrected because it will lose its adhesion. The tapes stay unscathed for up to several hours! Also in heat! :) Removing these tapes is painless. If you are afraid of tearing them off - soak them before taking them off, it will make things easier, although it is not necessary :).
If you have very sensitive skin, prone to allergies and irritations - apply the tape first on a small piece of skin and observe.
